Merry Christmas

Hellooooo.....my long, lost blogger buddies!...

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday season. Ourselves...well, the hubby and I plumb happy to have a very low-key Christmas. Figured we better enjoy a couple of slow days before a crazy rush of activity...

I found some likely-looking properties in AZ, so we are zipping down for a couple of days to meet the realtor and look around. I am familiar with the area I want to buy in, but MH is not as familiar with it. I want to give him a chance to look around and make sure he's okay with it. I do not have high expectations that we will actually get anything purchased on the initial trip, but it's a start.

Because of the urgency to look at a few particular properties, I am not taking horses this trip as I had initially planned. Come to find out...If you didn't book a place to stay waayyyy earlier in the year...you are S.O.L. My only saving grace is...Good Friends! The ponies and I are hooked up with a place to stay between rodeos. Ooohhh...This is gonna be fun. ;-)

I'm gonna have to get back down to AZ, with the horses as soon as I can after the 1st of the year because w.i.n.t.e.r. actually came to our little corner of Colorado this year. We have snow on the ground and it's cold. I can ride, but not exactly the way I need to to get horses in shape.

LOL-My new year's resolution is to get back to blogging regularly....

But in the meantime...Merry Christmas everyone!!

BTW-You guys wanted to know if enabling wv got rid of the spam?

Haven't had a single spam email since I re-added the word verification. So as much as I know people hate it because of the sometimes difficult to read letters...It's worth it.

Helloooo! Good to hear from you. Sounds like fun to go to AZ and do some research on properties. I really wish winter would go away, but not likely to happen where I live, lol

Hope to hear lots about your travels in the new year! Merry Christmas!

I would love to be able to live in Arizona for the winter! That is probably the only thing I miss about working at the Arab farm (well, I really miss those horses too), going to Scottsdale every February!
Hope you find a place!!
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
