Beretta

This picture cracked me up. Beretta and Spooks are pretty well matched in the 'chrome' department. She is like a miniature version of an adult horse...

For only being 21 months old, she sure isn't very gangly or even all that immature looking...
I think she needs to grow UP this year.

She's gonna be a brick if she doesn't get some height to her.

That fact that she is still butt-high gives me hope. Well, that and the fact that she is genetically inclined to end up at about 15HH, which is plenty big for me.

Still has all of her baby curiosity though...

Red Dog isn't sure what to think of her checking him out...

He would like to play...He's just not so sure playing is what Beretta has in mind.

fun pictures! Man I can't wait to see some photos of non shaggy horses and green grass with blue skies! I felt like I was close those last week, even Sarge was starting to shed. And then yesterday we got 7 inches of snow dumped on us. UGH!

She is just to cute:) I love her personality though. I love that baby stage of being curious about everything, it is so entertaining to watch:)

She is about the same age as Velvet, and just as full of curiosity. I love the expression in that last photo.

She really isn't gangly, is she? That's cool. Funny how some go through that and others don't. I have noticed that either way really affects when they are mature, though.

It will be interesting to see how she matures. I know you have big plans for her.

She reminds me a lot of what my Mocha was like as a baby. Even though I didn't buy Mocha until she was five and a half, I got to see her grow up in our barn. She never really had a gangly stage, and just had a mellow attitude all along (but hey, watch out for that sting when you ask her to perform!)

I would never guess that she's not even two years old yet... she looks really good and is quite filled out!

Red Dog says, "help, mom!" :)

I still don't know why you keep that ugly thing... You should ship her up here and I'll do you the favor of taking her off your hands ;)

I used to want the bigger horses. Now that I'm getting a bit older I'm more than happy to have them between 15 and 15.2

She sure looks all grown up! My Yalla! is 20 months and still looks like a yearling.

I hope your dogs have ore horse sense than mine do. They just mosey right under the horses, seemingly oblivious to the fact that at any moment they could have the snot whomped out of them.
