Okay, so are ya sick of the sorrel horse yet?
Not me. I am overjoyed at how quickly he came around. He's such a neat little horse.
**Whoops, his driving video came up as the last video rather than the first.**
That will definitely do for a 'first ride'.

Yep, that looks like a great first ride! He is such a beauty!!
Got a little of the drunken sailor thing going on, but, hey, if that's the worst of it, GREAT first ride!
Not bad after 4 sessions! How nice to see him started again - hopefully he progresses nicely for you now.
Sounds like this new trainer is a great find...
Not bad at all!
First ride! whoo hoo.He seems like a really good little horse.Other than a little noodle neck he took to it like a duck to water , nice to see that there was no theatrics
Looks like a awesome first ride. His previous starting must be coming back to him.
Woo hoo! He looks great! Good horse, good trainer...
Looks like things are progressing well for the horse, the trainer and you. It's nice when it all falls into place.
Like the ground driving clip. Everything is relaxed and easy going.
So now, are you excited to be getting on him soon?
Yes Cut, I am very excited. I've had a soft spot for 'Shorty' for several years now and feel kind of dumb for not just climbing on him back when he was a super, fat 6y/o. But he is so stinking quick and stout. I figured one jump in the wrong direction and I would be in the middle of a wreck.
fern-L actually did a lot of work getting Bugs to soften in his neck and give to light, light pressure. Due to Bugs build and stoutness, L knew that if Bugs panicked, he would most likely be a runaway and not a bucker. He wanted that neck bendy, bendy 'just in case'.
Crystal-I also thought it looked like the lights were going on in Bugs' head.
he looks great! I'm so impressed that he jumped on and was even loping on that 'first ride'. That dang of mare of mine still won't lope off, of course that might just be me who knows! I'm too leary on the damn horse now! lol
