Beretta

Here's a few new photos of Miss Beretta. Thought I would slip them in between Rally posts I have scheduled for the next few days...

She is starting to shed out. See the little heart on her face?

She is 2-1/2 months old now...

Holy Moly, look at that front end. Thank goodness she did not inherit that flat Leo chest...

She is a curious little girl and quite docile about people being near her. I can't quite touch her, but I think she is going to be easy to gentle when we bring her and her momma to town next month in preparation for weaning. She wants to be friendly, just a little too much space to move away at will. I'm very anxious to get my hands on her.

Wow she is getting big!! Love that little heart! I know the feeling of just wanting to love on these cute babies! We always have ours in a halter within the first month, this year we did good with Angel and getting hers on and she is really friendly. But with Stone we have waited a bit longer simply because it rained alot during the time we would normally do it.. So we finally got it on him last night and he is 3 months old now!! He was actually pretty good about it, which I was surprised because he had not learned the difference between human and horse yet.. I think he knows now LOL!!

What a cutie!! I'd be wanting to smother her all the time, lol. I'm sure you're doing everything the right way though. Can't wait to see more pictures as she keeps growing.
